Becky’s Story

I’m Becky, and I founded The Body by Becky for one very personal reason: I know exactly what it feels like to be on the treatment table.
Having undergone multiple surgeries over the years, I experienced first-hand what a difference expert, compassionate aftercare makes, and equally, what it feels like when that care isn’t there. The vulnerability of post-operative recovery is something that’s difficult to fully understand unless you’ve lived it. I have. And that shapes every single session I deliver.
I trained as a Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist because I wanted to give my clients something genuinely transformative, not just a service, but a recovery experience they could trust completely. I’ve built my clinic around the things that mattered most to me as a patient: clear communication, expert technique, and feeling truly safe in someone else’s hands.
